7.4 Availability of fleet for OWF construction
The Polish Wind Energy Association raises
an issue of availability of fleet for OWF construction as there is insufficient number of
Poland
ships intended for installation and services
in this respect. The response to this demand
may be, among other things, an establishment of special purpose vehicles to operate
in the field of the service fleet for OWFs.33
